I first met Kev when I was 18 and he was 26. The year was 1983. He was bending over a pool table in his local pub, The Caulkers in Surrey Docks, London. As he stood and turned to face me I saw that beautiful face, those large dark eyes and that fantastic smile and I just knew he was the one.
